Job Overview
Smiley Transportation Corp. is currently hiring (4) four Student Shuttle Drivers in the North Fort Worth, Watauga & Saginaw areas.

Paid training.
Split shift, approximately 25-35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school and extracurricular activities
- Maintain a consistent and timely route schedule
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for students
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and team members
- Perform regular vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Follow company policies and local traffic laws at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- A true team player with a positive attitude
- Enjoys working with children and creating a safe, welcoming environment
- Clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Prior experience in transportation or childcare is a plus
