What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Retail Associate position at Twin State Flooring?
We are looking to add a Flooring Retail Associate to our team! You will guide customers through their flooring projects big and small, from assisting with onetime purchases to providing consultation for long-term projects, acting as the point person in assisting customers with selecting the right product, scheduling measuring's and installations, and resolving issues and answering questions along the way.

Responsibilities:
- Working face to face with customers
- Scheduling flooring installation
- Selling flooring products
- Creating job quotes
- Invoicing customers upon completion of jobs
- Process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in alignment with our service-centric mission
Qualifications:
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Word, and typing
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.51 - $25.90 per hour
