Twin Rivers Charter School seeks dedicated individuals to support our students in the Tiger Care After-School Program. In this role, you will provide a safe, high-performing environment where students thrive academically and socially beyond the regular school day. Essential Duties Safety First: Maintain a secure, supervised, and caring environment. Academic Support: Actively assist students with homework during the daily "Academic Hour". Enrichment: Lead organized play, crafts, and activities. Protocols: Manage sign-in/out procedures and ensure facilities remain clean and secure. High Expectations: Enforce student behavior standards consistent with the regular school day to foster student responsibility. Requirements / Qualifications
Please submit the following: TRCS Applicant: Letter of Interest Outside Applicant: On-line Application Cover Letter Resume (2) Letters of Recommendation All employees must have a high school diploma or GED. Tiger Care Program Assistants are also required to pass a Basic Skills Test provided by the School, provide an Instructional Aide certificate or equivalent, or possess an AA degree/48 college units. Fingerprinting: DOJ background clearance required before start. TB Clearance: Negative test result required before start. Work Authorization: Must provide proof of identity and employment eligibility.
