Twin Rivers Charter School is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Substitute Custodians. In this role, you play a critical part in our mission by ensuring our campus is clean, safe, and fully functional. Your work creates the environment where our students and staff can thrive every day. Essential Duties Safety First: Proactively identify and report safety hazards, handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety regulations, and ensure facilities are secure. Operational Excellence: Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance. Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for school assemblies and special events. Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance to keep school operations running smoothly. Campus Pride: Maintain the exterior grounds and assist with receiving deliveries or moving equipment as needed. Fingerprinting: DOJ background clearance required before start. TB Clearance: Negative test result required before start. Work Authorization: Must provide proof of identity and employment eligibility. Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning methods, safety procedures, and safe handling of chemicals. Physical Ability: Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and frequently lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
