Job Summary

Under the direction of the Expanded Learning Coordinator, the After School Program Paraeducator is responsible for the daily operation of the ASES Program. This position supervises students and assigned program staff, coordinates daily activities and schedules, provides academic support and enrichment opportunities, promotes positive student behavior, and ensures a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. The Paraeducator maintains program records, communicates effectively with families and staff, and ensures compliance with district policies and ASES program requirements while supporting the overall success of the expanded learning program.
