Mobile Service Coordinator/Scheduler (2nd Shift - 3PM-11PM)

• *** We are looking for a Mobile Service Coordinator/Scheduler at Twin Pine Ford on-site on the 2nd shift (3PM -11PM). Would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a way to stay in the auto industry or looking into entering in the auto repair industry in a office setting capacity.***
• ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Handle customer and internal situations with integrity and poise
• Assist service and parts customers as needed. Be able to back up repair order invoice clerk
• Prepare and schedule mobile tech schedules and ordering parts for future days of service.
• Connect and build relationships daily with local business and new prospects to promote and facilitate mobile service and work with the service manager to schedule accordingly.
• Set and Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for mobile service and possibly pickup and delivery with service manager
• Make sure all work related items are taken care of before leaving daily
• Ensure all RO’s are legible and detailed
• Keep desk/are organizedFiles and maintains all service records as required by the warranty company.
• Answer the phones to assist customers in a professional, friendly, helpful and prompt manner
• Call customers to verify satisfaction concerning the service received
• Responsible for responding to client inquiries, and validate customer information as needed.

Other JOB FUNCTIONS to include but not limited to while working with the Service Manager and Mobile Technician team:
Finalize and close out completed mobile service orders in Tekion; check labor and parts.

If parts are needing to be returned, making sure that all parts are documented and then returned to Parts for reuse or elimination.

Helping to create RO's for uncompleted mobile orders if unable to complete orders based on information provided from Ford.

Check RO’s in Tekion for closure. File completed RO’s

Submit uncompleted claims back to your Service Manager and/or Ford for processing.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Knowledge of Ford Motor Company Warranty Guide would be a plus.

Ability to work with Ford’s and Twin Pine Ford online systems.

Ability to use different computer platforms as needed for scheduling including but not limited to Tekion, Rapid Recon, etc.

Ability to read well and follow instructions or directions.

Proficient in automotive terminology.

Able to multitask with people and software.

Able to function under pressure and challenges.

Ability to problem solve by following logic.

Good conversation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• Automotive service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
