Key Responsibilities
Home Store Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Maintain ownership and accountability for the overall performance of the assigned home location.
- Ensure all Twin Peaks brand standards, operational expectations, and financial goals are consistently achieved.
- Maintain high execution standards in guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, staffing, and operational discipline.
- Ensure home store remains fully staffed and operationally stable.
- Support the Director of Operations with oversight and execution across assigned locations.
- Assist management teams in improving operational performance and accountability.
- Conduct operational visits and follow-up reviews to validate execution of company standards and initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership teams to implement corrective action plans.
- Mentor Assistant General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training through one-on-one coaching, development planning, and succession initiatives.
- Support leadership development programs and assist in preparing Assistant Managers for future General Manager roles.
- Foster strong mentoring relationships and promote leadership accountability throughout the region.
- Partner with the Regional Training Coordinator to ensure consistent execution of all training programs.
- Validate execution of all front-line training programs, including:
- Heart of House (HOH)
- Front of House (FOH)
- Support Staff
- Bar Training
- Door Training
- Certified Trainer Programs
- Ensure training standards are consistently executed across all assigned locations.
- Reinforce operational discipline and adherence to company procedures and standards.
- Conduct DNA audits and operational evaluations, including action planning and follow-up accountability.
- Perform Director of Operations visit checklists and non-negotiable audits.
- Ensure audit recaps, action plans, and follow-up documentation are completed and submitted within required timelines.
- Support EcoSure readiness and validate corrective actions for audit deficiencies.
- Assist with operational and administrative responsibilities across the assigned region, including:
- Labor scheduling reviews
- Decision Logic reporting
- Peaks Point reporting and training metrics
- Staffing and recruiting analysis
- P&L review and financial accountability
- Local Store Marketing (LSM) support
- Support inventory procedures and validate inventory execution and accuracy.
- Partner with leadership teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain performance standards required for General Manager eligibility, including:
- KPI Rating of 3.0 or above
- Peaks Point training completion of 90% or above
- EcoSure scores above the company average
- DNA audit scores of 85% or above
- Maintain a fully staffed and operationally sound home location.
- Ensure the assigned Assistant General Manager has completed management development requirements.
- Report To: Director of Operations
