Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations to ensure consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance and provide coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across the region.
- Analyze P&L statements, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators including labor, food cost, and inventory.
- Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
- Identify and build internal talent pipelines for future leadership roles.
- Support hiring, training, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure execution of all training programs, including Peaks Point and management development.
- Partner with Training teams to drive compliance and performance improvements.
- Maintain accountability for audit results and operational standards.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Finance to support business objectives.
- Support new store openings and local store marketing initiatives.
- Report To: Regional Vice President | Vice President of Operations
- 5–8 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and operational performance
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Executive leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Ability to lead large, distributed teams
- Performance management and accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- This position requires significant travel across restaurant locations, markets, and corporate offices. The role operates in both office and field environments.
- Ability to travel frequently (50% depending on scope)
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in restaurant environments for extended periods
