Twin Hills Country Club is seeking a motivated person to join our growing team beginning in 2026. This is a full-time position at a seasonal golf course, with potential to work in tandem with our multi-course operation.
Position Overview
The Clubhouse & Food Service Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all clubhouse operations with a strong focus on food and beverage. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes preparing and cooking food, managing menus and inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers. The ideal candidate is a working leader - comfortable leading a team one moment and cooking on the line the next.
The position reports to the Director of Golf and the Company CEO.
Essential Job Functions
The Clubhouse & Food Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of clubhouse operations, including but not limited to:
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective teamwork and excellent customer service
- Create menus, prepare and cook food, and ensure quality presentation and consistency
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
- Manage all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage operations in compliance with applicable laws
- Monitor and order food, beverage, cleaning, and operational supplies
- Maintain food and beverage inventory, storage, and record keeping
- Work closely with the Director of Golf to ensure food and beverage aspects of golf operations run smoothly
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate orders and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and liquor regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, bar, dining areas, clubhouse, and bathrooms
- Conduct daily cash-out procedures and ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or assisting in a restaurant, bar, or clubhouse operation preferred
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, beverage management, and basic inventory control
- Familiarity with liquor service regulations and compliance

Compensation
This is a full-time position with potential for bonus opportunities and 401(k) eligibility. Employees also receive free golf Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience.
