Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including student fees, budget tracking, and payroll processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits, ensuring compliance with district policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain school schedules, including meetings, events, and appointments for faculty and administration.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain student records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the principal and other administrative staff with various tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Participate in school events and activities, providing logistical support as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
