What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise winch truck drivers and operators
- Coordinate daily dispatch and job scheduling
- Ensure safe and efficient job completion
- Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
- Oversee equipment condition and inspections
- Train and support drivers in the field
- Work with customers to coordinate job needs
What We're Looking For
- Oilfield experience required
- Winch truck experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- CDL Class A
- Knowledge of DOT and safety compliance
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
