In this role, you’ll help inspect, package, and verify printed materials for the insurance industry while keeping operations running smoothly during the busy fall season. Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hours: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duration: Seasonal, from early September through Thanksgiving

Job duties of the seasonal machine operator:
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines and finishing equipment, including wide-format and inkjet printers
- Assist in preparing and setting up printing jobs, selecting materials, and ensuring accurate settings
- Monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records
- Work at the end of the production line inspecting and verifying printed materials
- Package, count, and move printed materials as needed
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas regularly
Requirements of the seasonal machine operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree in printing or graphics a plus)
- Ability to read, count, and verify printed documents
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Previous experience in printing or packaging preferred but not required
- Must pass a national background check and drug screen (THC not tested)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability are a must
