Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for welding, fabrication, and mechanical work? Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced upfitter for a great family-owned company in Saint Paul, MN, where your craftsmanship and skills will be valued in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $26 – $36/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties of the experienced upfitter:
- Perform MIG welding in all positions – including overhead
- Fabricate and assemble truck components and hydraulic systems
- Use plasma cutters and other shop equipment for custom fabrication
- Install truck accessories and components
- Wire and attach aftermarket and auxiliary equipment
Requirements of the experienced upfitter:
- 2 years of welding experience (MIG welding required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills
- Own hand tools, including a socket set
- We're looking for a true fabricator, not a production-line welder
