Location: Hudson, WI
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday | $19.00/hr.
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday | $19.50/hr.

Duties of the production associate:
- Assemble small parts using hand and power tools
- Follow written instructions and technical diagrams
- Solder, hand crimp, and tin wires for various assemblies
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Cross-train in multiple departments to assist where needed
- Maintain a safe workspace and follow all PPE requirements
Requirements of the production associate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
