Twin City Staffing is looking for a hardworking Production Associate to join a premier team in Monticello! This hands-on position is a great fit for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company. You will be a vital part of the production floor, handling everything from material prep to final shipping.
Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Duties of the Production Associate:
- Prepare and package completed products for transport
- Ensure all items are labeled and organized correctly
- Clean and sanitize machinery to maintain quality
- Help mix and package specific recipes and formulas
- Move and lift materials up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Keep the production area tidy and hazard-free
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Waterproof, slip-resistant work boots
- Comfortable working in a rugged or dirty shop environment
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts
