Twin City Staffing is hiring a Metal Grinder for a manufacturing facility in Blaine! This is a stable role in a brand-new, climate-controlled shop. Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
Shift Options:
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon – Thu)
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon – Thu)
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon – Fri)

Duties of the Metal Grinder:
- Operate grinders to finish and deburr large metal parts
- Use rivet guns, hand tools, and power tools
- Read blueprints, tolerances, and simple dimensions
- Use measuring instruments for quality checks
- Handle aerospace and sheet metal components
- Maintain high concentration on repetitive tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in metal grinding (larger parts)
- Ability to read blueprints and tolerances
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
- ITAR Compliant
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
