Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations at our job site. Responsibilities include sorting materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various physical tasks as needed. This position is on-call, with potential for becoming full time.
Location: Chaska, MN
Wage: $19.76 - $20.24 per hour
Hours:
- On-call / As-needed basis
- 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am or 12:30 am, Monday - Friday
- Potential for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity (restrictions apply).

Duties of the on-call general labor:
- Sort materials from on a line
- Ensure proper sorting is followed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Willingness to cross-train in various job duties
Requirements of the on-call general labor:
- Reliable transportation required
- Work outdoors in dusty conditions and varying weather
- Ability to work an on-call, flexible schedule
- Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel and squat all shift
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs,
- Attention to detail
