We are hiring motivated General Laborers in Bethel, MN, for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This temp-to-hire position offers 1st or 2nd shift availability, weekly pay, safety bonuses, and paid time off.
Location: Bethel, MN
Wage: $18 – $19/hr., (DOQ)
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
- Occasionally, Friday overtime may be available

Duties of the general laborer:
- Build structural framework by following blueprints and instructions
- Safely use hand tools, including hammers, nail guns, and measuring equipment
- Measure, cut, and align building materials accurately
- Lift and move materials and completed structures (up to 75 lbs.)
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a production line setting
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements of the general laborer:
- Bring your own hammer
- Steel-toe boots required
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Repetitive heavy lifting
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for 10 hours
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Strong communication
