Twin City Staffing is seeking a chemical compounder to join an industry-leading manufacturer in Delano, MN. Location: Delano, MN
Wage: $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
Hours: 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Duties of the chemical compounder:
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials per batch records and formulas
- Operate mixers, tanks, agitators, and pumps
- Monitor temperatures, reaction times, and material conditions
- Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and quality protocols
- Complete accurate batch documentation and in-process testing
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Follow PPE, chemical handling, OSHA, and hazard communication procedures
- Collaborate with QC, maintenance, and production teams
- Support process improvements and perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements of the chemical compounder:
- High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
- 2 years of chemical compounding, mixing, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of chemical safety, SDS, and GHS
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Ability to read batch sheets and follow written procedures
- Comfortable working around chemicals, odors, and varying temperatures
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
