Assembler

Twin City Staffing is hiring assemblers for a growing company near Hudson, WI! This position is a full-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a supportive production team.

Location: Hudson, WI

Wage:

• 1st shift: $19.00/hour
• 2nd shift: $19.50/hour

Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
• 2nd shift: 2 pm – 12:30 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the assembler:

• Follow written instructions for assembly
• Use hand and power tools to assemble small parts
• Conduct quality checks
• Solder, hand crimp, and tin wires
• Cross-train in various departments and assist where needed
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE

Requirements of the assembler:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
