- Ownership of activities concerned with scheduling and coordinating engineering design and test issues and bring to resolution.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Lead and motivate others, by providing purpose, direction, and encouragement.
- Responsible for managing project timeline within budget.
- Track project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or finances of the project to meet customer needs.
- Delegate tasks to other team members and provide feedback or guidance as needed.
- Coordinate the activities across cross-functional team, including Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Field Service departments.
- Prepare project cost estimates and determine overall budget.
- Coordinate and participate in the review of customer specifications, project requirements, and schedules for compliance with company standards and determine needed support activities to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Communicate all identified clarifications and exceptions to the customer and obtain approval.
- Develop documentation per company procedure and appropriate standards and follow up with internal groups on proper handling of documents as needed.
- Responsible for handling technical submittals to customer.
- Prepare interim and completion project reports.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience creating and employing spreadsheets, Gantt charts, timelines, flowcharts, and other diagrams.
- Ability to independently lead most projects with minimal instruction or guidance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of how to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Demonstrated people-oriented capabilities, including responding to common inquiries or feedback from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills and ability to present information to management, public groups, or boards of directors.
- Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer sites up to 25% of the time, if needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project management, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent.
- Five to eight years of industry-related experience in the manufacturing or air-moving industry.
- Two to four years of project related experience, including scheduling and project budget management.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Epicor.
- Ability to use and apply computer-based project management tools.
- Experience in the application of nuclear requirements and/or other detailed customer requirements.
- Standard office environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach
- Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer

Salary : $72,000 - $90,000
