**Retail Sales Associate at Minnesota Strong in Ridgedale Center**
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and growing company that showcases and sells the products of tons of local companies in our store called Minnesota Strong at Ridgedale Mall. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
**Skills:**
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate product details and information about local brands
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions accurately
