At Minnesota Sales Group, a premier sales and business consulting firm, our Client Success Associates do more than just follow up. For our Leafguard clients, the Client Success Associate will be the reason they finally get to use their ladder for hanging holiday decorations instead of scooping pine needles.
As a Client Success Associate, you serve as the friendly Leafguard point of contact in person once the sales team wraps up. Training helps the Client Success Associate coordinate details and strengthen sales trust with every homeowner. Technically, you’re the human version of a progress update.
Core Functions of the Client Success Associate
- Personally onboard LeafGuard clients, presenting installation steps, warranty details, and the sales value of a permanent, clog‑free gutter solution.
- Deliver persuasive in-person education on LeafGuard’s patented hood design, showing how rainwater flows in while debris is kept out.
- Gather client insights during consultations, using CRM tools to track satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals.
- Resolve project logistics with a solutions‑first mindset, ensuring every homeowner’s experience supports LeafGuard’s sales reputation.
- Communicate the long‑term sales value of LeafGuard’s lifetime warranty and ScratchGuard® finish, connecting benefits to increased property value.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through transparent service, converting satisfied clients into advocates who recommend LeafGuard to neighbors.
Education & Experience Needed for the Client Success Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in client-facing or sales roles where customer satisfaction was key.
- Clear communication skills, able to explain LeafGuard in simple terms
- Proven track record of meeting goals in sales environments, showing resilience and adaptability in client success.
