We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator

Twin Cities Land Development is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is a key internal position responsible for coordinating lot closings, administering HOA architectural review processes, supporting HR functions, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate residential lot closings and related documentation
• Administer HOA Architectural Review (ARC) processes
• Support HR onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination
• Facilitate weekly team meetings using Traction Tools
• Support office operations, supplies, mail, and internal events
What we’re looking for:
• 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in real estate, land development, HOA administration, or legal documentation is a plus
