Restoration Technician
As a Restoration Technician, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service!
- Work with Team Members to complete the scope of work. With a high standard for safety, quality, and cleanliness at the shop and at the job site.
- Ensures equipment, supplies, vehicles, and tools are properly maintained. Any malfunctions and/or damages are reported per company policy and procedure.
- No experience is required, all training and tools will be provided.
- Company vehicle will be provided during working hours.
- Be able to work an On-call rotation.
Perform necessary tasks including but not limited to:
- Water extraction
- Finished building material removal
- Documentation using industry software.
- Cleaning fire and mold-contaminated structures.
- Working in Category 3 contaminated environments.
- Setting equipment according to IICRC standards.
- Communicating with both the client and management.
Seeking a candidate with the following skills:
- Exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate would be technically sound and be able to pick up the industry software easily, adapt to a constantly changing schedule, and have mechanical aptitude.
- Honest and Trustworthy.
- Willing to go above and beyond for customers.
- Friendly, cheerful.
- Will show up on time, communicate with customers and management accordingly.
- Hard worker, self-starter.
- Team player.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
