Bachendorf’s: Luxury Store Manager – Lead the Launch of a New Boutique

Location: Dallas, TX (Relocation assistance is available)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 (negotiable; depending on experience) Company-Based Annual Bonus

On Target Earnings: $120,000–$150,000; bonus eligibility begins prior to store opening

Job Type: Full-Time

Store Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Monday by appointment only. Prior to opening, schedule will align with corporate hours.

Start Date: ASAP; projected store opening in December. This role will support pre-opening efforts in partnership with the corporate team in Dallas

We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s as they are searching for a Store Manager to lead the opening of their new boutique in a very upscale, trendy area of Dallas. This is a unique opportunity to shape a space that reflects the brand’s legacy and reputation from day one. From hiring and developing the team to setting the tone for service and performance, this leader will play a key role in bringing the boutique to life and driving early success. What sets this location apart is leadership’s vision for a more dynamic inventory approach, with new pieces introduced regularly to create a sense of discovery and keep clients engaged. In a highly discerning, high-profile market, presentation will be critical. This person will ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand at the highest level. The ideal candidate leads with clarity, values collaboration, and knows how to build a strong, performance-driven, client-focused team. Bachendorf’s: Luxury Store Manager (operations exp. req.) Pre-Opening Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership to execute the strategy for new boutique opening

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle to build a high-performing, client-focused teams

• Oversee all aspects of boutique setup in accordance with brand standards

• Establish operational procedures and client engagement strategies

• Collaborate with leadership to execute a successful grand opening

Bachendorf’s: Luxury Store Manager (operations exp. req.) Ongoing Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations, driving sales performance

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a high-value clientele

• Coach and develop the team on selling techniques and relationship-driven service

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the boutique within the local market

• Partner with leadership to execute events and private appointments

• Monitor KPIs and implement strategic actions to achieve sales targets

• Collaborate with corporate team on merchandising and inventory

• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency

Bachendorf’s: Luxury Store Manager (operations exp. req.) Minimum Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for supporting a new boutique opening, including hiring and operational ramp-up

• 5 years of senior leadership experience within luxury or elevated hospitality settings

• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams

• Service-oriented with a proven ability to deliver an elevated client experience

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
