Business Development Representative- Pharma CRM Responsibilities
- Prospect via email, phone, and LinkedIn into targeted pharma and biotech accounts
- Build and manage a high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline
- Conduct account research to understand organizational structures, field teams, and CRM needs
- Develop personalized, value-driven outreach messaging tailored to customer pain points
- Qualify prospects through discovery-level conversations
- Schedule meetings with Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders for GTM leadership
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and follow-up discipline
- Partner with leadership on ICP targeting, persona mapping, and messaging refinement
Business Development Representative- Pharma CRM Qualifications
- B2B Sales/prospecting experience within a tech-focused environment required
- Highly coachable, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization required
- Organized and process-driven with consistent follow-through required
- Must be able to work onsite three days per week in Fort Lauderdale, FL
