[REMOTE] Outside Sales (outside sales/business development exp. req.) Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company in the tiny home living industry. Although our client was established just 5 years ago, they have partnered with a national, industry-leading builder so you’ll have the best of both worlds for this outside sales opportunity. You will have the ability to earn a ton of money (uncapped commission at 2% with an average deal size of $125,000) and build your pipeline remotely allowing for more flexibility and autonomy. For that reason, they are looking for candidates who are comfortable creating their own pathway forward with a strong hunter mentality to establish their own territory. Someone so confident in their customer acquisition background that they’re not looking to be fed with new leads because they know they’ll find them. That’s not to say you won’t have support, you will work with an insightful, easy-going leader with consistent training and workshops. You’ll see their homes in person and learn their recipe for success so you can sell an average of 2-4 homes per month when you first start off. If you enjoy setting your own agenda with a leadership team that wants to get out of your way to make money, this is a great opportunity for a self-starter who has that fire in the belly. Someone who is money-motivated and is always looking for more.
Important Note: Initially, you’ll travel locally. As you build your customer base, you’ll expand to other regions of your state and its surrounding areas which may require overnight travel

- Create and build your customer base
- Utilize effective presentation skills to present homes
- Meet with consumers and developers both virtually and in-person
- Follow-up with leads to achieve sales quota
- Develop and maintain sales opportunities in the CRM
- Work with operation and design teams on purchase orders
- Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs
- Attend training programs to expand product knowledge
- Partner cross-functionally to offer ideas for process improvement

- 3 years of outside sales experience required
- Strong customer acquisition background required
- Experience working remotely required
- High ticket sales experience required (average deal size $10k or more)
- Ability to travel domestically 25-50% with limited overnight travel required
