Business Operations & Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities
• Manage bookkeeping, AP, and AR activities
• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paychex
• Calculate and process monthly commissions
• Prepare financial and management reports for leadership and the CPA
• Coordinate with CPAs and banking partners on financial matters
• Support HR administration and maintain confidential employee records
• Track recurring deadlines and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks
• Maintain financial, employee, and compliance documentation
• Support accounting, payroll, POS, and business management systems
Business Operations & Accounting Coordinator Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or business operations required
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and bookkeeping required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Strong organization and time-management skills required
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
