About the Role
We’re looking for creative, aesthetic-driven interns to help build the content and visual identity of a growing
haircare brand.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in capturing, creating, and publishing content that defines how
the brand shows up online. You’ll work closely with our creative lead to bring ideas to life in a way that feels
organic, elevated, and aligned with our brand.
We’re especially focused on building a strong presence in Austin, working with creatives who naturally exist in the
kind of environments and aesthetic we want the brand to live in.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your strengths, you’ll support across:
Content Capture (IRL / iPhone)
- Shoot iPhone photo video content (B-roll, lifestyle, candid moments)
- Capture content around Austin (coffee shops, streets, everyday environments)
- Assist with content shoots and creator collaborations
Content Creation Design
- Create carousel posts and Pinterest-style visuals
- Add light graphic design (text overlays, layouts, branding) using Canva
- Turn raw content into polished, post-ready assets
Social Execution
- Help organize and maintain a content calendar
- Assist with posting across Instagram
- Support Stories and Highlights strategy
- Source inspiration from Pinterest, Instagram, and emerging trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
- Interest in content creation, social media, and branding
- Familiarity with iPhone photography and/or Canva/design tools
- Based in Austin
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Aligned with feminine, lifestyle, and beauty-focused brands
