We will hire a Commercial Lines and a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is interested in a stable and growing opportunity with our national insurance agency. In general, the primary duties will be to provide client service, agency support, and work in an administrative role within our agency. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with clients. Candidate must project a professional company image, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn in our fast-paced work environment. This is not a remote position. In house position.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate client service
- Support upper management, staff, and agents as needed
- Effectively learn and utilize agency management system
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Other duties as assigned
*Requirements:
- Prior experience in the property / casualty insurance industry for commercial / personal business is required.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with basic computer skills
- Capacity to learn new tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

*Pay is negotiable based on experience. Prior experience in the P&C insurance industry is required. Hiring for a personal account manager. Holding an active P&C insurance license is preferred.
**Due to training requirements, working remotely is not available.
