Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Office Manager. This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and agency growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding client service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced insurance environment.
This is a hybrid role that combines customer service responsibilities with office management oversight, supporting both our valued clients and our licensed insurance producers.
Qualifications
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• *Excellent skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in enhancing the overall Customer Experience
• Ability to provide personalized, compassionate, and caring customer interactions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus (personal lines and high-brush area experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications are beneficial
• Minimum 5 years of insurance customer service and office management experience (required)
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently while also working collaboratively
