We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Azure Administrator to manage and support our Azure IaaS/PaaS environment, Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (including Intune and Autopilot), and related network infrastructure. This role plays a key part in supporting our home office network, SaaS platforms, development teams, and over 2,000 end users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, Teams, and Defender.
- Manage Azure infrastructure including Resource Manager, Application Services, Virtual Machines, Azure VDI, NetApp Files, SQL, and cost optimization strategies.
- Support hybrid identity and access management (IAM/PIM), Group Policy, and scripting (PowerShell).
- Maintain on-premises infrastructure including firewalls, switches, DNS, VLANs, and SSL certificates.
- Implement and monitor data protection solutions including Azure Backup, Disaster Recovery, antivirus, and privileged access management (PAM).
- Standardize device provisioning and enforce endpoint security and compliance using Intune and Autopilot.
- Deploy applications and manage licensing across the organization.
- Generate reports and insights to support IT operations and decision-making.
- Minimum 5 years of experience and strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows/Office deployment, Group Policy, MFA, Endpoint Management.
- Azure IaaS/PaaS: Azure Resource Manager (ARM), App Insights, Azure Portal, App Services, VMs, Azure VDI, SQL, IAM/PIM, Cost Optimization, Group Policy.
- Infrastructure: Firewalls, switches, DNS, VLANs, SSL, PowerShell.
- Security & Compliance: Azure DR/Backup, antivirus, PAM, Intune compliance policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer and User Experience Focused.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- On-site position: remote work is not available for this role.
