Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for an Experiences Retail Coordinator.
This is a 3-month on-site role in Los Angeles, CA with required onsite work Tuesday–Thursday. Candidates must not hold H‑1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $50; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to support the Experiences Retail business across assortment documentation, product coordination, and operational execution. This person will play a critical role in keeping merchandising tools, line plans, and visual assortment materials current and aligned as the business evolves. They will help ensure that cross-functional teams are working from accurate, up-to-date information while also supporting sample management, event and shoot preparation, and broader administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update core assortment planning tools, including line plans, framework documents, whiteboards, and visual line sheets, to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Translate assortment updates into clear, organized documentation that serves as a reliable source of truth for cross-functional partners.
- Manage weekly communications summarizing assortment changes and distribute updated materials to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the physical sample closet and oversee sample tracking, including coordinating product pulls and returns for photo shoots, presentations, and other business needs.
- Support cross-functional product requests related to events, presentations, and photo shoots, including product purchases, line lists, and availability checks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, product coordination, buying support, or a similar function.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy across a high volume of tasks.
- Experience working with assortment planning tools, line sheets, trackers, or other merchandising documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed, aligned, and operating from current information.
- Proven ability to support operational logistics, including sample management, event support, and presentation preparation.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and collaborative planning platforms such as Miro or similar tools.
Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consumer products or retail-led businesses.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, sell-down processes, and assortment transitions.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
