This demanding and fast-moving position requires someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, effectively prioritizes work, and is a very strong and clear communicator.

Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:
● Update and maintain various lists, documents, and charts on the department’s Google Drive.
● Create and manage talent itineraries, and book and oversee all aspects of talent travel to ensure all activities run smoothly, including troubleshooting as needed.
● Track and update information related to our titles in a timely manner, including the news announcement calendar, timelines, press coverage, and press notes.
● Negotiate glam rates and work with agencies to ensure timely payment.
● Support junket, premiere, and press day activities, including car and glam coordination, day-of logistics, screenings, and select talent-handling duties.
● Day-to-day maintenance of title budgets, including tracking and submitting payments, balancing title funds, and submitting POs.
● Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors to track contracts and ensure timely payment, create and submit SOWs and contracts, manage PO schedules for payment, and onboard new vendors as needed.
● Service campaign assets and publicity materials to press and talent, including press blasts.
● Assign early access screeners on PIX & Media Center and troubleshoot as needed.
● Update film and series information across various internal databases and externally facing Media Center.
● Assist with scheduling and facilitation of meetings, including securing conference rooms, assisting with agendas and presentations, and coordinating audio/visual needs.
● Collate and distribute press breaks to communicate with showrunners/filmmakers and talent about breaking press beats.
● Branch outside of campaign-specific work to help innovate internal workflows.
● Work cross-functionally with teams across Awards, Multicultural, Field, Regional, Finance, Events, Social, Publishing, and Marketing.
● Read, watch, and digest traditional and new media opportunities and share them with the team.

Qualifications
The successful candidate(s) for these teams will have:
● At least 1–2 years of publicity or communications-related entertainment experience in a studio, network, agency, brand, or similar organization.
● Ability to balance sometimes nontraditional working hours (working with global teams can mean early or late meetings, and important campaign beats can often happen during evenings or weekends).
● Passion for film and TV, with a commitment to watching projects from the Client and beyond to build curiosity and appreciation for the visual art form.
● Knowledge of the entertainment landscape and enthusiasm to learn more about the business.
● A clear and concise communicator with a point of view. Must be collaborative and willing to offer a unique perspective and voice, and effectively convey complex ideas both in writing and verbally.
● Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage time effectively.
● Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
● Experience managing competing priorities, while knowing when to ask for help if needed, but confident in multitasking.
● Curious and eager to learn and improve; looking to develop their skill set and learn the fundamentals of what makes a stellar publicity campaign.
● Poised, not afraid to voice complex ideas to peers and leaders, and able to remain “cool under fire” while managing a multitude of simultaneous tasks.
● Strong self-awareness and willingness to reflect on areas for improvement.
● Ability to take action on constructive feedback and not hesitate to provide feedback to the rest of the team, including their manager.
● Proactive, and able to embody and promote company values every day.
● Given this role will touch projects across many languages, candidates who speak another language would be advantageous but not required.
