Principal Account Executive
New York, NY (4–5 days onsite)
$110K–$130K base $270K–$290K OTE equity
TwentyAI has partnered with a category-leading PropTech SaaS platform modernizing how commercial real estate owners and operators manage assets, drive tenant experience, and unlock portfolio performance. They’re hiring a Principal Account Executive to lead net-new enterprise sales across strategic accounts.
This is a senior, consultative role focused on selling complex SaaS solutions into large real estate portfolios — engaging directly with asset managers, operators, and executive stakeholders while closing high-value, multi-year contracts.
What you’ll do
- Own the full SaaS sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → negotiation → close
- Drive net-new revenue across enterprise CRE owners, operators, and investment firms
- Close complex deals ($50K-$500K ACV), often multi-year and multi-stakeholder
- Position a data-driven PropTech platform that improves asset performance and tenant outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership
- Present to VP/C-level stakeholders with tailored demos and ROI-driven narratives
- Build pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit quota
- Represent the company across industry events and within the CRE ecosystem
What they’re looking for
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (PropTech strongly preferred)
- Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling into CRE, real estate, or adjacent asset-heavy industries
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and deal strategy skills
- Comfortable running long, consultative SaaS sales cycles
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
