👤 What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the North America Account Management function
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Own revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic fintech and enterprise partners
- Drive upsell, expansion, retention, and long-term partnership growth
- Build scalable AM processes, KPI frameworks, and operational best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Delivery teams
- Act as an executive-level partner to customers and key stakeholders
- Help shape the long-term commercial strategy for the region
👀 Ideal Background
- 8–15 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales
- 2–5 years leading and scaling high-performing AM/CS teams
- Experience managing large strategic or enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning revenue growth, renewals, expansion, or P&L responsibility
- Background in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, APIs, SaaS, or platform businesses strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong executive presence with experience working across technical and business stakeholders
