Position Overview









TWENTY2 is seeking a full-time Shipping Associate to join our Shipping Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The role is both physical and computer-based, requiring extended periods on your feet and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

A typical day includes:

• 70%: Picking, packing, and shipping custom wallpaper and textile orders
  
  
• 10%: Collaborating with Customer Support to resolve shipping-related inquiries
  
  
• 20%: Supporting departmental operations, including inventory, stocking, workspace upkeep, and light facilities-related tasks
  
  

Schedule
Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are paid for a full 8-hour workday; this schedule is inclusive of a 30-minute meal period.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack wallpaper and textile orders to high company standards
  
  
• Use company systems (Monday.com, Odoo, ShipStation) to process orders and generate shipping labels
  
  
• Review packing slips and order details to ensure accuracy for domestic and international shipments
  
  
• Partner with Customer Support to address shipping inquiries in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner
  
  
• Ensure all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule
  
  
• Receive and distribute incoming small parcels to appropriate stock locations, departments, or team members
  
  
• Operate equipment such as rolling ladders and pallet jacks
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
  
• Assist with inventory organization and departmental upkeep
  
  
• Support light facilities needs as required (e.g., trash, general maintenance coordination, exterior upkeep)
  
  
• Perform other related duties to support the Shipping and Facilities department
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional shipping experience
  
  
• Customer service experience preferred
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with both team members and customers
  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  
• Ability to follow direction and work both independently and collaboratively
  
  
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  
  
• Ability to safely use rolling ladders and other small equipment
  
  
• Ability to learn and navigate internal software systems
  
  
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
