Summary
The Fleet Auto Detailer is responsible for the meticulous cleaning, detailing, and maintenance of all vehicles within the casino's fleet. This includes, but is not limited to, buses, shuttles, limousines, corporate vehicles, and other specialized vehicles. The primary goal is to ensure all fleet vehicles are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and reflect the high standards of a premier gaming and hospitality enterprise. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
- Practice, support, and always promote Spotlight29 Casino & Tortoise Rock Casino Five Star Experience company-wide service mission and service standards.
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of all fleet vehicles, adhering to a pre-defined schedule.
- Thoroughly wash, wax, and buff exteriors to maintain a pristine appearance and protect paint finishes.
- Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deodorize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, upholstery, and dashboards.
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and chrome surfaces.
- Apply protective coatings and sealants to paint, fabric, and leather to ensure longevity and appearance.
- Clean and dress wheels and tires.
- Ensure that all company vehicles are maintained to a Five Star Experience and service standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, and report any damage, imperfections, or maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager.
- Check and replenish vehicle amenities as required (e.g., bottled water, magazines, etc., in limousines and corporate cars).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and in good working conditions.
- Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, and place re-orders as needed.
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and tools, including buffers, pressure washers, steam cleaners, and vacuums, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Move and park vehicles around the lot as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies, especially those related to handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
- Report any safety issues or hazards immediately to management.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with Valet Dispatch; seek guidance from dispatch for any situations that are out of the ordinary and prior to acting when possible.
- Ensure vehicle inspections are completed prior to and after each shift to ensure that the vehicle is safe and in working order.
- Ensure that the inside and outside of the vehicle is clean and ready for use prior to starting and at the conclusion of each trip.
- Meticulous and thorough, with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- Be knowledgeable regarding directions, Spotlight29 Casino/Tortoise Rock Casino property information, offer information and assistance to Guests.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No supervisory duties.
Qualifications
Education And Experience (Must Be Documented)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and can multitask.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience as an auto detailer is strongly preferred. Experience with detailing a variety of vehicles (e.g., buses, limousines, large SUVs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment, and detailing techniques
Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements
- Must pass periodic random drug screens.
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

They may be occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and/or push, pull up to 100 pounds. The employee is occasionally required use repetitive movements to complete tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employees may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

- Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours.
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays.
- Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
- Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment.
- Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
