CORP - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! Job Duties:

• Accurately review and process invoices from multiple properties daily
• Compile and analyze financial information to assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for multiple properties
• Participate in new acquisitions of on-boarding new hotels
• Create and distribute weekly check runs
• Reconcile daily bank transactions

Education and Experience:

• 3-Years Accounts Payable Experience
• Experience in multi-unit management
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and computer skills required
• Microsoft Office experience (Sharepoint, Planner, Teams)
