OVERVIEW:
We are a regional insurance inspection firm looking for additional representation in the Manteo to Kill Devil Hills area.

- We have noted an uptick in inspections and with the looming rental season we need some extra man power for photo inspections.
- Each commercial report pays $52-$63 per inspection and typically takes about an hour to complete.

The residentials are broken down into two categories, and will most likely be the primary volume in summer months:
- Exterior: exterior photos/county record pull $25.
- High Value: Appointment based (mostly sat/sun turns), county record pull, photos outside and inside pay $60.
- We have an inspector based in Carova beach that is handling north and someone on the southside.
- The position is 1099 and scheduled at your own pace, within a 20-day time frame.
- All training needed for the position is provided, but we do prioritize those with construction or insurance backgrounds.
- Pay is sent twice per month on approved accounts. The 15th and last working day of the month.
Job Description:
- The position will require you to contact the insured to complete an interview, schedule an onsite appointment, provide photographs and a diagram of the location, and then submit your findings on our website.
- Required contact attempts are 5/10/15, with assistance after 15 days of no contact results.
Requirements:
- You will be required to have reliable transport, a computer with high-speed internet, and a digital camera.
- All training will be provided, but relevant work history is favored.
