About The Job:
Twenty First Services is a family-owned, regional insurance inspection firm. Founded in 1980, we currently provide personal and commercial lines inspections for both carriers and MGAs, which include underwriting information, loss prevention, safety measures, mitigation reporting, safety suggestions, loss controls and property valuations. Our services aid insurance carriers in reducing losses and loss ratios.
We are currently looking for a full time assistance to work with our Texas team. If you are a reliable, motivated team player with strong communication skills, then this is the job for you. Prior insurance industry experience is a plus but not a requirement. All training is provided.
This is an entry level position which will pay $17 per hour with 10 days PTO. The position will be remote, preferred in Greensboro NC area. Depending on your success in the role, we work to promote from within when filling positions in the future.

How will you contribute to what we do?
- Your role primarily focuses on processing incoming inspection reports submitted by our field staff in Texas.
- Your secondary focus is communication with field staff, working to create a flow of communication between field staff and our clients. Through this process, you will contact trouble accounts and insurance agents writing the accounts.
- You are analytical and detail-oriented, which allows you to expertly review submitted reports for accuracy and completion.
- You have strong written communication skills, which allow you to clearly compose, proofread and edit documents.
- You are an excellent communicator with a passion for people and strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to gain confidence of field staff and clients by responding to requests promptly and accurately.
- You embrace working independently while also being successful in a team environment.
- You provide the team with reliability and a consistent schedule, which allows team members to plan field work accordingly.
- Your role primarily includes collaborating with the Texas team, field staff, and clients.
