Summary
We are currently hiring for the full-time position of Fleet/Shipping & Biomed Clerk. This position will support the logistics (fleet/deliveries), biomedical devices and purchasing with TwelveStone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Experience with document management, fleet vehicles, and common couriers.
Functional Competencies: Written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, teamwork, building and maintaining relationships, multitasking, prioritization, initiative, decision making, planning, coordination with others to meet deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilizing FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Shipstation and Virtue to label/ship/track all departments' packages.
- Post Office delivery daily
- Gift Bag making
- Snack machine replenishment and procurement
- Biomedical management for pump fleet
- Manage leased vehicle fleet through Enterprise
- Purchasing support for snacks and supplies for corporate office and other TwelveStone locations as needed
- Check Requests (WEX and Fleet) and Document Management as needed
- Warehouse receiving and unloading
- Make deliveries to infusion centers as needed
