Role Description
The Associate Property Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Murfreesboro, TN. The Associate Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned property locations, ensuring efficient maintenance, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include vendor management, property inspections, service coordination, and addressing tenant concerns. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining accurate property documentation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of property management tasks including maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and vendor management
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills, including the ability to track expenses and implement cost-efficient strategies
- Familiarity with compliance, safety regulations, and documentation management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in using property management software and standard office tools
- Capability to work independently and solve problems in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in property management or facilities management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is a plus
