Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Nashville, TN for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and facility inspections. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with property regulations, managing vendor relationships, preparing budgets, and implementing cost-efficient strategies for optimal property performance. The Property Manager will also handle leasing operations, including advertising vacancies, conducting showings, and negotiating lease agreements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, Leasing, and Budget Planning
- Skills in Customer Relationship Management and Tenant Relations
- Knowledge of Property Inspections, Maintenance Coordination, and Compliance
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
- Familiarity with Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
