The Challenge…

Position Overview
The Relationship Manager (RM) is a vital member of our client advisory team, responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service. Acting as a trusted partner, the RM supports Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships while playing a pivotal role in the growth, retention, and satisfaction of our clientele.

The new Relationship Manager will hold the following key responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Experience

o Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored and proactive support.

o Act as an ambassador for the firm, ensuring clients receive exemplary service on inbound and outbound communications.

2. Operational and Administrative Excellence

o Manage client onboarding, including the collection of required documentation and account setup processes.

o Oversee and update the client database in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.

o Research, resolve, and communicate solutions for client inquiries and service matters.

o Coordinate with custodians and external providers to manage client accounts effectively.

o Prepare materials and agendas for client meetings, team reviews, and presentations.

3. Team Collaboration

o Partner with Wealth Advisors to prioritize tasks, projects, and deliverables.

o Manage workflows, track progress, and ensure timely completion of client-related tasks.

4. Strategic Contributions

o Recommend solutions and enhancements to processes and practices, contributing to the firm’s operational efficiency.

What You Should Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in wealth management or financial services, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at critical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
