What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years’ experience in :
• Commercial Cooking Equipment ( fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, combi ovens, etc. )
• Experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration is a plus but not required
• Availability to work 3rd shift (11 PM tp 7 AM, or 10 PM to 6 AM)
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems , refrigeration units and/or hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants if applicable
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A bility to pass a background check
