Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
✔ Perform audit testing and prepare accurate workpapers
✔ Analyze financial records and identify discrepancies
✔ Communicate with clients to obtain documentation and resolve questions
✔ Collaborate with senior accountants, managers, and partners
✔ Support engagements from planning through completion
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Entry-level to approximately three years of accounting or audit experience
• Public accounting or relevant internship experience preferred
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA licensure preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Friendswood, Texas
