TW Work Solutions is partnering with a confidential investment management client to identify a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 1-5 years of experience who enjoys working with technology, reporting, investment operations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and maintain portfolio management software and reporting systems
✔ Support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of investment reporting platforms
✔ Generate and distribute portfolio and performance reports for clients
✔ Ensure portfolio data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
✔ Troubleshoot reporting issues and coordinate software updates
✔ Work closely with investment and operations teams to improve reporting processes
✔ Learn, administer, and become the internal expert on proprietary software platforms
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio reporting, financial systems, data analysis, or related roles
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and manage new software platforms quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or financial systems preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
