TW Work Solutions is partnering with a confidential investment management client to identify an Investment Operations Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance, accounting, banking, audit, or investment professional with 1-5 years of experience looking to gain exposure to investment operations, portfolio reporting, and banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage banking and custodial relationships, including Schwab accounts
✔ Maintain investment reporting and financial tracking schedules
✔ Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
✔ Support financing activities and cash management functions
✔ Build and maintain complex Excel models and reporting tools
✔ Assist with audits, compliance, and operational reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in finance, banking, audit, accounting, or investment operations
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, analytics)
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
